Really great customer service. I had to return an item and could not find the receipt. They not only answered the phone but called me back from when I called outside business hours. Refund was easy

Bought a treadmill from them. It had tread problems at only two and a half days of me receiving it.
When I communicated with Costway about my treadmill, they gave me the run around. It had a warranty on it but they tried make my try to fix it. Then, they said they didn't have anyone in my area to service it.
I'm out a treadmill and several hundred bucks.
Their customer service is horrible.
It may as well not even exist.
Stay away from Costway!

I am usually used to the filter being in front of the air flow but... this one is in the back of the machine. I do like that it constantly recycles the water back into the tray which is a plus when it comes to having to get up at night to refill it again. I like the different modes it has, and hours you can set it to go off when want it too. Our A/C isn't working for the house right now. Not blowing out cool air, so I bought two of these for my Mother and I both. Thanks Costway!

Ordered with only minimum anticipation. Cleaned a 50' block wall in a couple hours. WOW! It is very light, powerful, and stores easily. A good buy..

Chanelle made up for all the inconvenience that can come with disconnection to customer service... she found my product and arranged for me to receive an owners manual.....

We received these chairs no problem they were left right at my front door. Easy to assemble a nice seat cushion a little darker than beige which I prefer. I just love these chairs for outside for my outdoor kitchen area. They look great!
